Excellent location..just a few hundred meters from the tram stop. Rooms were clean and everything went as expected, Staff were really good and polite. Breakfast was superb, the choices excellent. Overall really worth every penny!

We stayed in the Hilton Düsseldorf for two days. We married that weekend and spent our first night as a married couple here. I kindly asked the hotel if it was possible to get a room up high with a nice view and maybe a little decorated and they surpassed my expectations. The whole staff was extremely nice and they all knew about our special day. Thanks to the Hilton team for such a great stay! Besides that little extra treatment, the hotel room was clean, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel bar is also highly recommendable! We would always go there again and will probably stay at Hilton Hotels in different places more often!

Perfect position for Airport and Messe, also not far from Alstadt which can be reached in 30 min by foot. Excellent staff with check in/out operations handled very quickly. Breakfast was amazing in a very quiet surrounding, bed very confortable, aircon system very efficient - If I still need to find a minus : bathroom size is definitely too small (# 419). All in all I dont really understand all negative comments by other guests, will certainly suggest it and consider on next messe.

great location and comfortable rooms. Room service was very pleasant and they offered fresh towels when we didn’t have the sign on the door. The front desk staff were happy to change us to a different room when our original one had a bad smell. The staff at the restaurant were super nice.

I book at this hotel for every year, on the DoKomi event. The room is quiet, the curtains blocks the light and we can't hear the other rooms. VERY relaxing for an after con sleep ! It's not far from location, you can even walk to the park in max 30 mins (bring comfy spare shoes if you are a cosplayer). Breakfast is GENEROUS ! Eat up a lot before heading to the con !
